Biography - Aldo Paraboni, Politecnico di Milano, Italy Aldo Paraboni, born in 1940, graduated in Electronic Engineering in 1964 at the Politecnicod di Milano. Since 1981 he has been a Full Professor of Antennas and Propagation. In 1969 he coordinated the experimental activity of the SIRO satellite in the field of radiopropagation. In 1987 he was appointed by the Italian Space Agency (ASI) as a scientific responsable for the international activity of the ITALSAT propagation experiment. He participated, as a national delegate or consultant, to various Internetional Commissions of the ITU, URSI and ESA.
